The role involves leading design from concept to GFC, coordinating with clients, structural, MEP, and fabrication teams, preparing detailed execution drawings, and managing site visits, approvals, and revisions. Candidates must have 6+ years of experience with strong drafting and modeling capabilities, with modular construction experience being preferred. Immediate joining is required.
